We woke up this chilly morning to a balmy 54 degrees inside (that was with the buck stove running all night). We called KC AC around 7am and Toby and Dan were at our house less than an hour later. Toby quickly figured out that he needed to “fix” the recent KCP&L work that was done a few weeks so and had us up and running within a short time. Highly recommend this company. They put in a new furnace and hot water tank today. Did a great job.

Furnace went on the fritz when -20 wind chills were expected. Toby came out at 11 pm and got us running again quickly without charging us an arm and a leg. We will absolutely be using him again in the future.
